Olivia appeared as Ondorus' starter Pokemon in Mom's house in New Bark Town.

She's a sweet girl, easily flustered by positive attention as well as negative but secretly (or not-so-secretly) very appreciative of praise. In fact, she loves being praised, though she acts modest and embarrassed when complimented. Her concern for her appearance and reputation is a little higher than average, and she pays careful attention to her manner to maintain her ladylike image.

When interacting with other Pokemon, Olivia can be a little snooty, quietly judging them for rude and uncouth behavior or ugly appearances (but never saying such things aloud! A lady doesn't insult others!!) She turns up the classy charm around pretty, handsome, and well-mannered Pokemon, in the hopes of being noticed and acknowledged by her betters. Her response to being slighted or directly insulted is to be petulant - she refuses to speak, goes off elsewhere to do well without them and prove she doesn't need them!!, sulks in a corner waiting for someone to notice and offer her sympathy, and runs to Ondorus to whine cutely and be petted soothingly. Despite her immaturity, she is a kind Natu who wants to do good deeds and will try hard to help others.

Olivia is extremely fond of her trainer, who has been polite, kind, and complimentary to her since they first met, and with no other motivations of her own she is happy to follow his lead in whatever path the team takes. ~~Her determination in training is moderate, and she will work hard for her trainer's approval but doesn't like getting dirty in the process...~~ change of plans LET'S TRAIN HARD AND GO KICK TEAM ROCKET BUTT BECAUSE THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE

Fearing that her evolved form might not be aesthetically pleasing, Olivia delayed her own evolution. She overcame her apprehension upon seeing a carved image of a Xatu in the Ruins of Alph, and immediately rushed off to gain another level and evolve.

Olivia is still rather vain and pays a lot of attention to her appearance and demeanor, but now is working on a "mature and elegant" image to go along with her evolution. To this end, she's become a lot more like Ondorus, hiding her full emotional reactions under a thin veil of dignified behavior.

She's bonded further with her trainer, who is her teacher in more ways than just the usual - Olivia is learning to read. Her favorite stories are romances, and her favorite movie is still Titanic.

Henry was caught by after being knocked off a branch by Olivia and falling on Ondorus' head.

There's not much to Henry, personality-wise. He's lazy and apathetic and all he really wants to do in life is sit around eating leaves. Ondorus wants to train him? Sure. Whatever. As long as he doesn't have to do much of anything. (And with the switch-in style Ondorus uses to train him, he really doesn't.)

He evolved a few days after being caught, and turning into a cocoon has done nothing for his work ethic. He gains levels at a very slow pace.

His feelings on his trainer are practically nonexistent. Henry just does not give a single fuck.

One month later, he has wings and is still lazy.

So much for "yet"...

Zaidra was caught in Dark Cave after attacking the party and stubbornly pursuing them for several minutes. Ondorus attempted to release her back into the wild, but she vehemently expressed a desire to remain with the party.

Brash, hot-tempered, and far too big for her britches, Zaidra was named for a friend of Ondorus' of whom she reminds him. She has a nasty habit of picking fights with things bigger than she is, and loves nothing more than battling and becoming stronger.

Zaidra gains levels at a rapid pace, due to her own fervor in the activity, and often has to be forced to rest by Ondorus. She mostly appreciates him as a method by which she can travel and fight stronger opponents, but she is gradually, grudgingly becoming fond of the other (and far less cool) members of the party.

Zaidra's aggressive and competitive nature quickly grew beyond what Ondorus' training style could handle, and she came to resent him for being so complacent. From her perspective, his lack of involvement in her training and failure to provide greater challenges for her was hindering her progress and insulting her potential. She failed to communicate this properly to Ondorus or Olivia, instead expressing her displeasure in fevered bursts of violence against wild Pokemon.

Zaidra's disgruntlement came to a head on the 19th, when, after watching powerful Pokemon fulfill their battle instincts in the televised Vermilion tournament, she exploded in rage and wrecked a room at the Violet City inn. She's been confined to her Pokeball since, and every attempt by Ondorus to communicate with her has been rebuked...

Gunther was purchased as an egg from Sion and Ryder on September 9th and hatched in the Goldenrod City Pokemon Center.

Gunther is basically a shounen hero. Loud, competitive, obnoxious, loevs frandshap. He was raised as Theo's older brother, and takes the job very seriously; he's always wanted to be bigger than his little brother, in order to protect him and fulfill the proper role of an elder brother.

As a Shinx, Gunther wanted to BE EVERYWHERE and DO EVERYTHING. Everywhere often included the expanse of Ondorus' cape and other people's heads.
