[In the afternoon of the 21st, Ondorus can be seen or encountered going back and forth from CH2 to the grocery, for nearly two hours despite the awful weather. He isn't even bothering with an umbrella, using both hands to carry bags - it looks like he could use some help, if anyone else is crazy enough to be out in this.

In the evening, this post goes up over the journals:]

Several apartments in Community Housing 2 are stocked with water and food, if anyone needs to escape flooding or is not comfortable staying in a house during the storm.

In addition, there are two unused bedrooms in my own apartment, which anyone is more than welcome to occupy if they need.

[The next morning, he's fussing around CH2, spending short bursts of time outside to cast fortifications against the wind and longer periods in the halls to recover and make sure whoever passes him by is alright.

He's never seen this much water in his life, and it's making him more than a little nervous.]

[Well, wouldn't you know it--it's another kid crazy enough to be running about in this weather today! Rudy was on his way towards the store himself to help with stocking up on supplies. Never on Filgaia has he ever seen this big of a storm, and right now he was fortunate enough to have a poncho on hand.

Everything's going as usual, that is, until he notices another man making their way from the store. Something about him seems familiar too, but right now Rudy is focusing more on other issues. Like, y'know, offering help. Poor guy seems to have his hands full and doesn't even have an umbrella, it looks like.]

[Ondorus steps off the road and under the eaves of the nearest house when he hears the voice. It...doesn't help much, with the wind blowing the rain every which way, but it helps a little, and he can peer at the boy through the deluge.

-what do you know, it's Rudy. Ondorus nods, a little exaggeratedly so that the gesture can be seen.]

[Looking closer, Rudy realizes it is someone he's familiar with! Hey, it's Ondorus. What's he doing out here?

Rudy will be ducking under the eave as well, just to get out of the rain. As well as to try and help lessen the load for the other man, which is why he'll be motioning to hand him a bag.]
