[In the afternoon of the 21st, Ondorus can be seen or encountered going back and forth from CH2 to the grocery, for nearly two hours despite the awful weather. He isn't even bothering with an umbrella, using both hands to carry bags - it looks like he could use some help, if anyone else is crazy enough to be out in this.

In the evening, this post goes up over the journals:]

Several apartments in Community Housing 2 are stocked with water and food, if anyone needs to escape flooding or is not comfortable staying in a house during the storm.

In addition, there are two unused bedrooms in my own apartment, which anyone is more than welcome to occupy if they need.

[The next morning, he's fussing around CH2, spending short bursts of time outside to cast fortifications against the wind and longer periods in the halls to recover and make sure whoever passes him by is alright.

[Ondorus steps off the road and under the eaves of the nearest house when he hears the voice. It...doesn't help much, with the wind blowing the rain every which way, but it helps a little, and he can peer at the boy through the deluge.

Rudy will be ducking under the eave as well, just to get out of the rain. As well as to try and help lessen the load for the other man, which is why he'll be motioning to hand him a bag.]
